Why Is the Image Blurry and Unclear?

If the camera image appears blurry or unclear, try the following:

1. Manually set the image sharpness in the app. Open the app settings for the camera and adjust the sharpness level to improve image clarity.

2. When the network is unstable, the video clarity is automatically compressed to ensure that the camera works properly. Improving your network connection will restore full image quality.

3. Do not let the camera look directly at the sun, or wipe the lens. Direct sunlight can cause overexposure and blurriness. A dirty lens should be gently wiped clean with a soft cloth.
